He sound like the social butterfly senior in college that you feel very comfortable to talk to. I guess he only stop being civilize around Alhaitham. He might not outright say Alhaitham name in his dialogue but I think some of his dialogue also have a little hint of his bitterness for Alhaitham.

Kaveh’s so positive and sociable on the outside, but his character stories are just full of struggles and suffering 😢

Kaveh and Alhaitham's relationship/rivalry is so cartoony and fun! Reminds me a lot of Tom and Jerry type cartoons, like they're about to take an impossibly huge hammer from a tiny bag and just bonk eachothers heads.

Wow he is incredibly sweet. Despite their bickering he did also ask with genuine concern if Al-Haitham (and the traveler, but he asked Al-Haitham specifically) if he was okay. Also the way he sees the positives of the other characters he's spoken about, and in Collei's case, understands that she's had it rough in the past. His views on Dori and how he doesn't think she's a bad person despite how shrewd she is, and genuinely wonders what could've made her the way she is. He seems to be naturally good at understanding people for who they are on the surface and underneath. Even in cases like Collei's where he doesn't know her circumstances. I'm sold.

ngl i love how he mentions that he does prioritize safety over aesthetics. i think a lot of people though he was just in it for the beauty, but he did literally go to school for this so ofc he wouldn't give up safety for beauty. and that he stands out because he does make sure there's safety but also makes sure to keep adding art with the buildings. coupled with his character stories, i think that Kaveh is unwilling to give up safety or art is what makes him so empowering. even though that if he just wanted an easier life he could just give up one of them, but he refuses to. also the lines about alhaitham really hit hard after the character stories, and it's crazy how they both care about each other, but they're both still clearly bitter after their fight even years later. but as they both don't have family left (alhaitham's are dead and kaveh's mom has left for fontaine and isn't coming back, ever) they're kinda forced to be together as they're both pretty lonely dudes. before all the archon quests, alhaitham has no friends and kaveh didn't want to impose on his friends or admit his debt out loud. so really they only had each other to turn to

listening to Kaveh’s voicelines a second time after reading his leaked character story hits so different :,( he’s had such a sad upbringing and his fallout with Alhaitham is so heart-wrenching. i don’t wanna spoil his character story if you haven’t read it yet, but this is from my understanding: basically, while they were working on their joint project together, Alhaitham’s straightforwardness about a… certain subject… hurt Kaveh and made him feel extremely vulnerable because Alhaitham brought up old scars, and that’s what ultimately led to their disastrous fallout.

When he talked about his Magnum Opus, especially when he let out a mumble of "...Hmm, it'd be nice to meet someone who did understand though..." it feels so real 😭😭😭 imagine working so hard on your ideals to only be redeemed as an illogical person... Someone need to give this guy a good pat on his back and tell him he did a wonderful job for doing what he loves😭💗✨ or I'd do it myself.

As one of the ten people in the playerbase who has a Friendship 10 level 90 Dori, I feel obligated to explain "How she turned out like this" for anyone curious. Dori had a sister who she looked up to and did everything with, her hero, her idol, her guardian, her best friend. One day the sister fell terribly ill, and day after day the sister's condition became more and more dire. Doctors would come and go through their home, prescribing medicine that they couldn't afford. As a kid, Dori didn't really understand the details of what was going on but she was sure about one thing... "They're lying" Not the doctors, but her family. They would smile and hide the pain and hopelessness, they would tell Dori that everything's gonna be alright eventhough they are broken inside. Dori thought "Its money isnt it? They wouldn't have to do all this if we just had enough mora"

'Too big of a personality. Most people wouldn't get it.' And the way he talks about Alhaitham in general, like he's literallly saying he's the only one who actually fully knows Alhaitham. And the way he gets frustrated when Alhaitham 'doesn't want to appear friendly.' Complicated for real he sounds almost regretfull in his other line. I could listen to Kaveh talk all day long! Such a passionate lad! My favorite line is the one about the icy wind blowing through the front _and_ back of his shirt. A nice attention to detail, having him recognize his outfit’s design. Also, the fact that Alhaitham mentions Kaveh more than Kaveh mentions him is pretty funny. It would seem that Kaveh gets under Alhaitham’s skin more than he gets under Kaveh’s. That, or Kaveh is better at letting things go, whereas Alhaitham is more likely to let his frustrations stew. That is far from the impression I got, though.

Honestly. I was a Genshin hater when I saw the game purely as a gatcha. Then my friend let me play on their account and watch so I was more interested. The lore was the thing that got me thinking to get the game despite the opoosition from my brother. That was when Kavehs art drooped. Is it legal to simp over a character from a game that you dont play moreover a character that only got at least 10 minutes of screen time in game? In my opinion aside from Wanderer he is one of the most human characters that serves as an inspiration to others as well as a warning of what it costs to persue your dreams.
