The description above has the first two models in error: should read as follows... CN27, CN37, then CA67 and CA97, the CS8 and CS11

Hi Tony, Can you please comment which one is a better choice from all different aspects (key functioning, blue tooth and apps, realistic piano sound and feel)? KAWAI CA67 (which is now discontinued) or KAWAI CA48? I really appreciate it if you or anyone else reading this with an expert opinion could comment on that.

Does the size and height of the CS-11 make any difference at all to the sound? I'm just looking for more reasons to justify buying it over CA-97 other than that it looks amazing. Thanks for all the videos btw, they've really helped in my search for a new digital piano.

SvanbergAndreas there is a sound difference,just not much enough to justify the price difference, flagship model has everything the best, yet not the best value for money.

What are the benefits of the CN27/37 over the ES8 that can compensate for the lack of portability?

the CN37 has 352 voices (incl. 9 drum kits) and Bluetooth connectivity which for me is more than enough, just check the specifications for both ES8 and cn37 in kawai's website yourself www.kawai-global.com/product/cn37/

How does the CN27 compare to the CE220?

The Kawai CE220 is a model that is only available in the US and Canada, not the UK. It has a AWA PROII Wooden-Key, Graded-Hammer Action with Counterbalancing whereas the CN27 has a Plastic, Responsive Hammer III Action.The CE220 also does not have Bluetooth and is an older model than the CN27.

Kris Maydak Yes, Bonners is a UK store, however this video was shot at Kawai America's NAMM Show booth. Kawai America does not market the CA17, so there was piano on display for Tony to talk about. The CA17 shares some similarities with the CN27 in terms of features and control panel interface, however it utilises a superior speaker system and wooden keys.

If you can afford it, absolutely. The CA67 offers an even better keyboard action, higher quality sounds, and a lot more features.
