I had my 2019 H2SXSE remapped, just wanted the snatchy throttle and restrictions taken out. She’s got a K&N, Akro can with baffles removed, was producing 189 at the back wheel, now kicking out 222… silky smooth all the way through and as it happens, better on fuel! I then did the best part of 4K through France and Italy two up with luggage… Monster of a bike and I never thought I’d say that after having Busa’s for 14 years👌🏽

Any news yet on the ZH2 Woolich stuff?

Still waiting Andy, but it’s in development. I’m sure Woolich want the best package possible before it’s released:)

Did you change the ignition advance ? Been a few blown motors in the US due to tuners advancing ignition like on the H2, the H2 SX higher compression doesn't like it

Hi Mark, we made a lot of changes to the stock ECU and yes the ignition was advanced. As you rightly say, the sx is running high compression pistons so this was done safely and well within safe operating limits. Had we leaned the fuel out further and added more timing we certainly could have made even more power but at the expense of reliability :)

@@crispysmotorcycles if you added an intercooler would help with the reliability? Because the problem people are having is melting pistons because they are not cooling the air . The bike is restricted to remove the need for an intercooler from the factory.

@@chriswade3986 Yes absolutely it would help. I don’t think there is necessarily an issue in its stock form or even after a safe tune, however with cooler intake temps I’m sure you could be more aggressive and find more power. The H2 sx is essentially a sports tourer so the piston design is different to the H2 and generates more heat hence why there is a thermal limit to how far we can safely go.

@@crispysmotorcycles I’m looking for forged pistons now . I want to build a wild bike
