This is part 1 of this series. Installing the RCOR springs, Full Access UTV Front and Rear Shock braces, and the Full Access UTV Silent Crossover rings. This video is getting the front shocks done. At the time this was a pretty daunting task and took me a good bit of time as I had never done anything like this but it was not bad and I feel I could do it much quicker in the future. This may be painfully slow for some but I wanted to document everything incase I need to do this again. :)

It was fun full installed of full access utv stuff. Have not done crossover rings. Great company

Have you ever checked the nitrogen in the shocks? I’ve heard that’s a big deal and helps with ride quality as well as ride height

No but it is on my todo list. I am going to install the nitrogen caps so I can use a schrader valve to add.

A spanner wrench and spring compressor would have saved you so much time. Good video.

Spring compressor will save you a ton of time and you can still clean everything. The spring comes off the same it’s just compressed.

If they only made something would compress springs and like spring compressor. Maybe a shock absorber nut wrench. Who would have thunk it.

Yep, I just followed the RCOR instructions and it worked good for me. I had an incident years ago with a spring compressor that has me thinking of any other way possible!

Great content. I may have missed it but what size are those tires abs and are they S3 370’s?

Thank you! They are 35" System 3 370s. Actually got another one on the way for the spare and will be putting it on this weekend.

@@KRXBrandon buddy had a set on a RZR Pro and they are massive. Any clearance issues on the stock wheels?

@@TexasPatriotOffRoadAndOutdoors They are big but fit on the KRX great. No rub at all. I have another video where I mount and install them, that was a bit of a chore. If you go the 35" route I would install clutchweights, gboost belt and the DynoJet PV3 tuner. It is as fast if not faster off the line as it was with the stock tires (I have a video on installing those too). This side by side is amazing! Going to be installing a few more things on it this weekend in preparation for a few trips in a month or two.

@@KRXBrandon I’ve heard that the clutch and/or tuner take away the loss of power the 35’s do to the machine. I just worry about all the leverage a tire that diameter and weight can apply to the ball joints, a arms, tie rods ends and etc. I know the KRX is build but still a concern.

@@TexasPatriotOffRoadAndOutdoors the clutch/tuner/belt took care of all lag for me. I guess it could cause something to fail eventually. I will just upgrade if anything fails!

How do you feel about the different color springs?! I don't even have my krx yet because we are waiting for a green model to come out (they didn't have them in 23 in Canada) but I'm pissed that the aftermarket springs such as shock therapy ect don't make green! I'm legit waiting over a full year with money in hand just because they have no green models things year i like it that much. So I'm in between a rock and a hard place as to what to do with the sag issue. I don't want to run bigger tires either.

R1 industries has some green springs but for me it doesn’t really bother me. They have performed really well for me. I am looking at getting a wrap designed that will change it up a bit but still use the Kawasaki green. Are you just looking for new or used as well?

@@KRXBrandon new! We were ready to go buy one until we went to the dealer and they told us that Canada didn't release a 2023 krx in green! They said it's something they seem to be doing every 2 years. Don't ask me why. Foolish if you ask me. And does the R1 industries springs match the green on the kawi? I know a different shade of green put side by side like the springs will be can look off. Id want the same color. Alot of springs you loose warranty if you paint them so it must effect performance when sanding them and paint prep ect.

@@TheKingOfKings818 sorry, just seeing this! I kinda like having the black and green as it matches the SxS. Mine are from RCOR, not R1. Can you come and get one in the states or will they do a dealer to dealer swap with a dealer in the states?

@@KRXBrandon unfortunately I'm not allowed in the US. And I'm not sure i doubt it to be honest but i can always ask. I absolutely love your set up man. I'm a big dude and i run hot most of the time.. that fan set up is fucking amazing. I wish we could get that in Canada, but with the conversion rate and shipping something the big and heavy i imagine it would be insanely expensive. How much was it if you don't mind me asking. You also hooked it up yourself and i have zero knowledge of wiring lol. Id love to have you up here for a couple weeks to help me with this stuff on my own bike haha. Pay ya good and all the beer to could drink. Love your videos man. You are very in depth which i love, as i ask alot of questions. You cover alot of information which is awesome. One of my favorite builds I've ever seen so far for sure. I cringed watching you break er going up the big hill the jeep guys told you to turn around. And that was some steep, your lucky you got up because there was no way to turn around on that hill!

The tender springs replace the stock springs that are super weak and cause it to sag, losing clearance and ride comfort. The braces strengthen the mount locations that could become compromised if you do any big hard hits or jumps

@@KRXBrandon thank you. Is this expensive? Just asking because i just ordered krx4 and wondering if I should do any upgrades right away

@@sticks7971 No, not too expensive. You wouldn't need to do this right away. I would hold off till Black Friday and get your upgrade stuff then (I just finished installing all the stuff I got). Be sure to get in the KRX Facebook groups for more info on upgrades.
