I'm a 49 yr old husband and father of 3 with a long career as a vice president of commercial insurance, and this kid sings this masterpiece that hit me like a truck. First, because I'm an overthinker who has suffered from imposter syndrome all my life. I smiled with confidence on the outside but I have an internal war going on in my crazy mind. I also think my one son also suffers from low self-esteem and imposter syndrome even though he is extremely athletic and gifted with speed. This song touches every fiber of my being. WOW.

I just went back to the audition video. There, he looked like a dead-ringer for James Veitch. Looks don't matter, and certainly shouldn't in a singing competition, but his whole demeanor is morphing right in front of our eyes! He's proving he's got the whole package.
