its honestly too bad that Rachel dies and well if i am being honest i dont think zack deserved the ending he got. i was picturing them two living in a quiet neighborhood or the countryside. Zack cooking breakfast trying to make a sad face out of sausages and eggs and bacon and also trying to learn how to read. and then Rachel comes out of her bedroom and of course they have both changed their looks cuz they are wanted by the police. That wouldve been a great ending.

Ok...no one come at me for commenting so late, but here’s something for all of you shippers. I found this theory about the end of s1, it said something like, in summary, “on the day of Zack’s execution, he used his last breath to kill Rachel and they died in each others arms”. I really hope that’s true, so even if we don’t get a s2 we can still know that the ship could have already sailed by the end of s1.

For Pete's stake, I'm tired of those people who tries to ruin the ship because of their age gap like guys, it's not like we're shipping a really old dude with a child. Many people ship Violet with Gibert and almost have no problems with that even though the age gap is much bigger compared to Rachel and Zack's like wtf? (No hate coz I am a fan of their ship too) Also, we ship them but it doesn't necessarily mean that they're gonna have to be in a relationship right away. I'm sure that for people like them, it will take a really long time for them to develop feelings so when Rachel reaches her legal age, that's when Rachel will realize her feelings for Zack (if that ever happen I hope). I know Zack wants to kill Rachel and it's weird shipping her with her own murderer, but remember guys, in somewhere I think ep.12 (?) Zack told her that it's the first time he ever gave one of his precious stuff to someone else nd the reason he gave that knife to her was because he wanted her to be safe and then he frickin patted her head so TENDERLY. Also, when Zack got captured by the police, he SMILED when he knew Rachel was going to be fine in the hospital. People can change you know? Zack CHANGED because of HER. Even the priest says so himself. I don't know about y'all but I really think he sees her as someone special and since it's really her desire to be killed so that the pain and guilt she felt will go away already - he HAVE to do it. Also, a promise is a promise, and that promise brought them closer together. If only they both got reincarnated and grew up this time with a lovable family, then maybe they'll have a healthy relationship. Still, I ship them even if that's not the case because of their chemistry together. I love these pair and anime so much. They will forever remain in one of my top ships. 💖 ZACKxRACHEL FOREVER!!!
