I think hatches are awesome but I think the Civic hatch looks awkward and I would definitely go for the sedan which I think looks perfect

I’m really excited about this new powertrain. In the Accord, it takes the refinement to a whole other level. Which is why the Accord feels like it punches above it’s class

lol well I know what car reviewers Danger was hanging out with. Nice little cameo from Jakub at the end lol. I like the look of this civic hybrid. My current lease is up in September so maybe the hatch can be an option. Great work as always Danger!

Best things. It's hybrid. Low noise & quality interior. Overall good looking day to day driving car with fuel efficiency & low maintenance cost. I think it's good competition to the Camry which is little bigger & 5/6k more. With almost same features.

Oh, as for the car, I think the Civic looks stunning this generation. Nothing in its class comes close. I prefer the look of the sedan, but I love that light blue that the hatchbacks get

The Touring is missing two features that the similarly priced Jetta SEL and GLI have: -Memory driver’s seat -Ventilated front seats Since my wife and I are very different heights and we live in the South, this is a deal breaker. I understand why the lower trim levels don’t have these features, but the top trim level should.

I still can’t believe they haven’t moved on to full LED for taillights. That should be standard across the board for base model all the way up to the top trim. Fuken ridiculous!

Honda is promoting their hybrids more. They discontinued the 1.5 turbo on the Civic. That’s the motor with the oil gas dilution problems in the Civic and the CRV.

I can assure you as a 2016 owner m of the 1.5t. There was no dilution problem. All GDI engines have it to some degree. Mines has been trouble free as have most

Awesome car and both versions Awesome and appealing. No excuses for Honda to immediately have hybrid hrv and Acura Integra hybrid and hrv version with hybrid version. Honda needs to offer hybrid for All vehicles on both Acura and Honda side....but, for your positive review it feels negative by sounds and faces you make.

30k ? For the touring I went to a dealer just for fun and they said 42 and they could try to lower it to 40. Plus don't forget the big interests.

Why have linear shifting , fake noises when you can just let it go without simulation of gears, I love my Volt plug in hybrid feel of pure battery and no gear changes, it’s what makes it fun

Nah the regen worked really well. I used both the highest setting (which coincidentally is the cruiser setting 🥴) and the lowest setting (which is the highest regen brake feel) and it wasn’t too aggressive or off-putting.

The Civic is in a class of its own. The only way Toyota can compete with this. Would be to compare the new Camry to it. Actually not a bad idea considering the price of the Hondas.

I have the ‘23 si and love it. Saying that I’m definitely team hatchback purely due to the added benefits of the hatch. Still the sedan has a lot of room and my brother who is around 6’4 can fit in the back and I have good trunk room.

Keep in mind that 25k includes the destination fee. Even a base 2025 Corolla with destination will be 24k so not much of a price difference

Hahaha honestly i really enjoyed driving this. Didn’t feel like a hybrid, and if there was any apparent discomfort, it’s because i was in Canada and didn’t know where i was going! You know how it feels to get lost in someone else’s car in a different country?! The driver’s seat of the Civic was great, and my wife had a 9th gen civic that I loved driving.

Personally would not spend 32k for a civic (paid 33k for my Lexus UX) but… for what you get with the touring it isn’t a bad price. + Honda reliability.

At highway speeds it was a but more prevalent than around the city, but for a cheap car it’s honestly not too bad.

I bought my daughter a 2010 civic when she turned 16. Biggest POS I’ve ever owned. NEVER got more than 19 mpg! And Honda would do nothing about it!
