I get how Ryohei became the captain when he was representing Osaka. He is very consistent, versatile, and a great game maker.

Ryohei has saved them so many times but he stays quite supporting them from behind. Also the staff need to give them knee pads bc it hurts when your knee slides across the court while defending

true I just love hiw he supports his teammates at the back and when he is needed he shows up. he doesn't show off or anything. Yeah they should also give thrm knee pads but well I guess they're also used to it by now with all the trainings/practices they had. It's just sooo good in this episode bcoz hakjin is wearing shorts! yas! haha

The first two plays, Ryohei was not the setter and we saw that it's a mess... So they made him setter again so Hakjin can attack. Ryohei stabilizes the team.

Sleepy is a good addition to the team. He does his role well and picks up the members immediately when they fall to support and encourage them.

Without Ryohei, no one can really give a good set for Hakjin. Plus, he sometimes makes decisive moves to kill the ball. Unfortunately, in team sports, the crowd lionizes the one who scores forgetting that it is team work that makes the play successful. A good defense is also one of the best offenses. I personally prefer those who can make good digs to save the ball despite the hard pass or attack. Maybe it is because I am a digger myself and not a spiker.

After rewatching this episode since I watched this season 4x already, I realize that the members did not know their places and failed to communicate with one another which is very essential in volleyball. I guess, it has to do with the coaching style of the substitute coach. He did not yell out instructions when needed unlike the original coach. No wonder he became a commentator and not a coach LOL....

not to mention without hakjin, ryohei would be their star hitter. at the same time, you can't really take much from hakjin. he's scored so many points purely by being at an entirely different level than any of the opponents so far. I'd give the best overall to ryohei, but hakjin's importance puts it so close behind that it can still be debated.

@@ivyhung8961 I like your metaphor 😂 😂 But you're right, I find the ability to dig an extremely fast ball more satisfying than just spiking the ball. As long as you keep the ball in play, then you will always have a chance to win.

Love watching this sport... the Cool Kiz team have been well placed in their roles. Ryohei I think is the perfect all round player.... he can play any position well. Everyone is doing well here. The Judo brothers Jota /Jaeyoon and the Volleyball brothers Ryohei / Hakjin ❤😍👊

im so addicted on this show since this volleyball episode started....u can really see how their teamwork develope and improved even the not so experienced player....hakjin and rohyei combi is so superb and amazing same goes with jaehyoon and donghyuk...jota and maensuk...wahhhhh...daebak...

everyone's commenting abt how ryohei is the best and how hakjin is the best but honestly, i just rlly appreciate their set. they make such a good set and seem to work very well together and without one another, the team couldn't score as much since ryohei can't rlly set for himself (even tho he spikes so well too like that one ball came rlly high and he hit it perfectly) tbh i'm just so impressed

I know there are new aces in this sport now but almost everyone (the people who started watching cool kiz because of jota) who watches the volleyball episodes are still watching because of jota even though he is outshined now. Cool kiz must take care of jota and jaeyoon well.

tbh even though they had a lot of errors, it's kinda tough to beat experience. You can see it whenever they pick up hakjin's spike and serve as well as ryohei's :)

I'm kind a disappointed when sleepy did his first received then no one tell him he did a good job except Hakjin who held his hand. BTW, it's my first time seeing Sleepy.

Actually, Jota has more screen time than Ryohei when they are not playing against a team. I have seen the entire season already. Jota was invited after judo because of his sudden popularity during the judo season so they need to exploit this popularity. It is just that when they play volleyball, the focus is on Hakjin because of his moves and he is the new star player. I feel bad for Ryohei but then Ryohei doesn't care about screen time anyway. He just loves to play volleyball.

WHATEVER GOES FOR ME It's true. Jota move many peoples heart when they're doing judo, maybe that is why he became popular. And he is an adorable kid/son/man, how can you not like him. When he first came out at CKOTB my reaction was, "Another boy group member from somewhere? Just do a well job." Then I'm a fan now. LOL.

Momo Chan Yes, he was really great during the judo season and I personally was happy he replaced that other idol from CNBlue who was not really that good compared to Jota LOL. I really don't care about any member because I like to see how they play the featured sport. I like to see how they work together as a team and Jota improved a lot. I just wish they benched Hodong more and allowed Sleepy to play some more because Hodong's wrestling background prevented him from moving his feet and it really irritated me when he told the others to do this or that as if he was so good. I should know since I used to play volleyball myself when I was younger.

i kinda felt like they were going to lose because the intro part was really long and there was no time for a third set. i love how it's a show but they take it seriously and they really become a team. I also love volleyball a tiny bit more than football and basketball because of how much of a team sport it is. yeah, hakjin and ryohei are the stars, but without the first receivers and the other blockers they wouldn't even be able to show much of what they can do. good defense is just as important as good offense. i've sometimes disliked how in basketball and football there are players that refuse to pass to open players, and you don't see that here since you literally cannot do everything.

jota 😂😂😂 so fun bout the story of ahjussi joon wait there are 8 person inside the court? ryohei was hit by the ball but no one cares or notice that? hakjin is a good spiker! but can we notice and give credit to ryohei?? hes a good setter, spiker, blocker and all.. he even knows if the ball got a weak or hard roll.. they are more than 6 on the court but there are still open space where the ball hits!. good job sleepy.. actually hodong do the sleeping.. nice game with the ahjussi

Clement Celes Honestly, on any sports team, even if that person is the hole, you need someone to hold the team together and cheer them up if anything isn't going well, hence Hodong.

Compared to the Goesan team, who played together for YEARS, I think CKOTB team did really well considering the short amount of time they have just started playing volleyball (Y) So I would say, well done and I look forward to the next game :) PS: DAYUUUM JAEYOON YOU LOOK FINE

lol uh oh. is wassup man really here? this is really gonna be next level lol. edit: lmfao this is the exact same story as he does on knowing bros 2-3 years later. it somehow made it even funnier the second time. edit: jota and donghyuk's improvement isn't seeing enough attention. jota's been receiving very well, and both of their saves aren't amateurish dives anymore. they're diving sideways and bumping into the court very accurately. the level of athleticism needed to pick up that skill is nothing to scoff at.

actually my motivation to watch the show is jota xD but i still.like it overall...volleyball is nice to watch...some of the players are nice to.watch too!! but i tried watching other episodes of ckotb i jus cant seem to carry on without jota. i think the judo episodes impacted me alot xDDDDD ill.need some time to pull myseldlf out >.

Their opponents got a lot of tricks and techniques which they really need to learn. This game was a good learning experience for the Cool Kiz though! Sleepy was awesome and Jota's laugh tho XD
