You are all missing the point and drive of first responders, police and firefighters and EMT’s. They will run into a building on fire to save a bedridden hospice patient. They may have to fire their weapon to stop a perpetrator but a second later they will attempt to stop the bleeding and start chest compressions on the person until EMT’s get there and take over. Everyone deserves to have aid come to them. They react to do what they can to save. He wished to be an organ donor. He told his family and that is what the family permitted and supported.

I watched this yesterday at KBS World - it's awesome drama! I didn't know anything about Moon JungHee - she is 38 years old but looks incredible beauty - I dont know what to say.

😢what a great story line and how one sacrifices people do for justice, the justice is he was a trained person who valued life❤,even if it caused harm.GOD, gave apart of him another chance,THE UNIVERSE PUTS YOU WHERE IT NEEDS YOU TO BE! the wife and son needed warmth, joy and happiness and he gave it ❤,new cast and crew members with great acting skills and good chemistry to delivery a strong heart felt story line, and I agree that this kdrama needs a part 2 asap,its unfinished, they need to be together, he's never known love and he had a sick body,NOW he has a second chance with a stronger body, lets give LOVE A TRY.😊❤

this drama is so heart breaking... i just watched it and suddenly my room was flooding... T_T

This drama ended like that because it was upsetting they gave her husband's heart to someone who attempted suicide. Pretty much it is pathetic, the husband died in place of someone who tried to commit suicide and then on top of that his heart was given to that person who didn't want to live. I know that people should get a second chance at life but in this case it was very upsetting for the family who thought the husband died trying to save someone's life in a pure accident. Like the woman said to the guy in the end that they gave her husband's heart to him "without knowing the truth".

Its different..love story..its touching..its nice.but sad ending..😪

you dont expect them to be together, he is much younger and all that love love is because of the heart. oh please i love the ending not being delusional.

It was really a nice and touching drama.... if you were to put yourself in her shoes.... how can you accept or love the man with a heart disease who wanted to end his life and unknowingly your husband gave his life just to save this man from failed suicide..... and again your husband’s heart was given to him to prolong his life? Logically, your husband has wasted his life twice on this man who wanted to die...... and this man fell in love with the widow.... but he is sick....no guarantee that he will be beside her for long time given she will not die first..... and this will be another heartache......but on the positive side, although husband may have died, his heart donated to the man, and the man meeting the wife...all of these gave hopes for the man to live a life he wanted to do.. to fall in love, and if wife forgives and accepts the man, at least her husband seems to be alive inside the new man... and new man gives her new hope to move on also... but it’s an open ending.... this is up to you... how would you end it?🤓🤓🤓🤓☺️☺️☺️😍😍😍

Recommended drama movie. I love to see how finally love grow in her heart and it makes her smile again. I love to see the end of this movie. Doesn't have to show happy scene but viewers can guess it's happy end :)

If the husband in this story died because he was trying to save someone's life, then why begrudge the one who was saved? He did not ask to be saved; he did not even ask that the heart of the husband who died be given to him. The man has had a miserable, abnormal life: with a congenital heart disease, he can die soon; with a domineering elder sister who overpower him always, he could not experience the love of a woman in love with him. No wonder, he tried to end his life. And just when he was about to savor the joy of a requited love, we, the viewers are left to wonder... will they or won't they??? I need a comfortable closure, and this one is far from it. "The Pianist" has a much better storyline and ending.

I don't think I could pretend like it was fine to date him if I was her. Her husband was taken from her because he saves this young man from suicide. Imagine if that's you, you love your lover so much and you also have a family with him than suddenly this man just him away from you because he wanted to die. You can tell how good of a husband he is by saving the man's life. So if it was me I would resent him and I wouldn't even fall in love with him. Just looking at his face would probably hard and the though of your husband heart is in him is just not a right feelings.

8/1/19 I'll never get used to the endings, gotta admit though it's fun not knowing. 5 minutes into most American movies I've figured out the whole plot, not here.

Story is quite interesting n it made me cry too but the end haven't cleared to me yet...I mean that's it!!????

The heart is a very strange creature that lives in us...controlled by our brain but with a mind of it's own when love is in it!... it's profound, and silly, and totally bind boggling...but, all that said, it's an experience we, as humans, can't live without. This a true story on how ambiguous & arbitrary love can be.When it strikes, the adrenaline is enough to make you lose your mind. .
