@@moktatafatforyou-2378 Actually it's not. Karate is self defense..blocking and then punching or kicking and taking down the opponent..i guess it only really useful when someone commits to attacks and not in the ring so this turned into a mma style fight

@@theluminary5324shotokan karate sparing is balls, its not fighting. Its bounce, bounce, bounce, punch and then scream as loud as you can while pull the fist back to your waist. Its unrealistic. Id love it for this to be what karate is know as, because for anyone who actually knows how to fight karate is a bit of a joke

This was an obvious work, Khelifi threw the fight in the 3rd round, flopping on the deck like a fish. Should have at least waited for a punch before taking the dive.
