I've been baking for almost thirty years I'm trying to eat a bunch of movies that I always wanted that we're kind of hard and super easy or not cuz a lot of help online before you just kind of learn on the fly... Even if I don't get there earlier I definitely will get something some kind of moves from it.

thanks man! :) about injuries, I would just recommend to rest the injured part, and if serious, go see a physiotherapist or a doctor :)

This video was so helpful. "damn" Wish I seen this year's ago. Thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙏 😊 alot of people teach this move so wrong. If you find this video you in good hands. All his videos are very useful and broken down greatly.

Thank you so much man! :) I dont necessarily think other people teach it wrong, there are many ways to reach the same result, I just try to find new and easier ways, for some people some ways can be easier, for other people other ways will be easier 😃
