Whoa, with short hair the lead singer looks like a British Paul Ryan.

Mike always seemed like a nice level headed guy to be around. I never understood why he didn't try to go into record producing because he produced JJ and god knows he did a great job. But then i suppose producing bands can probably be a sort of frustrating experience if you're a very creative person. "Why am i making someone else's music sound great when it could be mine?" But i dont know, he always seemed like an ideas guy and i think he could have made a lot of bands benefit from his ideas.

Edwards was always ahead of his time but never really got the plaudits. Perverse was wildly innovative and one of the first records where all the elements were recorded into a computer, which is now how everything's done. As you say I'm surprised he didn't naturally become a big time production guru.

I had a crush on Mike, Jerry and Al when I was 13. They have aged really well and haven't had any stupid work done. They look much better than those who have😍😁😂

Jesus Jones's dance-rock crossover sometimes worked, sometimes didn't but with hindsight you have to admire them for trying to create new sounds when there was a lot of samey non-descript 60s-influenced indie schmindie stuff around.

Go back to Liquidizer and there was a very keen edge.
