Күн бұрынweber 45 on 4age silvertop all stock? no ecu. msd 6al2 for ignition. air spitting back from intake. and backfire. with vvt on and off very little difference. halp?

take off the vvt, it doesnt work with carbs, the timing advance it is programmed to do is meant for for fuel injection. it would probably rev higher too.

would i need a new pulley for it?

yes i wouldnt use the vvt pulley. im sure you can get an adjustable cam gear set.

How did you get the 6al to work with the stock distribuitor?

i used a dizzy from a 4afe. magnetic pickup input on the 6al2 then.
