I'm in love with the fact that you mention It's Raining Again, as I've always felt myself building strength with the "get back up again" part. I'm guessing the chord progression is the major factor in that feeling; the lyrics being secondary. And there's a raising up as well in the ending of this song. It's amazing the impact a few simple chords can have

I watched you walking Late in the day Where old men were talking Binding up the hay I watched you drinking Shutting your eyes and thinking Late in the day You were signalling with your hands Going, going out of my way You're out of my way Where you're banging on hollow land A hunter-gatherer and Blowing, blowing out of the rain In out of the rain Ooooh, Oooh After several uneventful days We gathered all the faithful To come and have their say Drinking, greeting Sellers and farmers meeting Late in the day You were signalling with your hand Going, going out of my way You're out of my way Where you're banging on hollow land A hunter-gatherer and Blowing, blowing out of the rain In out of the rain I wish all my words were unsaid I wish all my words were unsaid If I could eat my words would I be standing here Biding my time and feeling so young In the summer when the rain begins Better hurry, don’t bide your time Better get all your winter things Better gather, don’t bide your time In the summer when the rain begins Better hurry, don’t bide your time Better get all your winter things Better gather, don’t bide your time

They sound so much close to me.... Just gives those teary eyes and just that feeling that something is taken away from me forever.... It's been close to 13 years of musical influence they have on me and I don't remember a day not playing their tracks since..... They should get back making music together

Every time I listen to this song I can't hold my tears . And it's not because I'm Russian , just the song resonates very deeply. It's absolutely beautiful. A masterpiece

(If im not mistaken) this is the last track on their latest album. It's hauntingly beautiful. It's makes me want to remember them by this last track so for their new album (yes it's IN THE MAKING) I really hope they set the bar this high.

reminds me of the old keane :,) "maybe they changed their current music but they were always there with this music and we do remember,we'll be waiting, they miss, there will be when they decide to return, hopefully soon" :: KEANE :: ♥
