Why even have judges if they don’t want to hold cases? The server needs people in positions who want to actually do the work and not just to hold a position.

@@scottnunnemaker5209 being a judge is a thankless harsh job it actually takes a special person to do what crane or the judges do. Ltserge took the case the was in the hospital. The case probably should have been dismissed way earlier and only looks like he dismissed the case and resigned. As for why he resigned well idk I presume irl obligations similar how we going to lose Norman cause of his living situation. Most people don’t realize it’s a second thankless job and most people especially cg wouldn’t understand and they wouldn’t want to be in that position, but will also complain so idk.

@@strawi3erry311 maybe irl being a judge is a thankless job, but this is a video game my dude, it just takes someone who is actually interested in being a judge and who is available. You just have to be available to sit in that court room and listen to nonsense for a few hours, then make up a verdict based on how you feel in the moment. At least that’s how judges have operated for years in nopixel as far as I can tell.

Tbh it would be so nice to see some actual consistency from people in these roles, I understand that corruption rp can be interesting but there's a reason why in 3.0 you had to get OOC permission to be corrupt in PD. It genuinely feels like in 4.0 these guys got freedom to run their characters from all angles and they just decided to fully commit to one side before anything was even developed. Don't get me wrong this arc of CG vs the Gov. is cool but things have to end somewhere and it really seemed like this case was going to be it but it isn't I don't even know why I'm surprised ngl. Tbh at this point I wouldn't even be surprised if we get a DW v2 and rigs the election so that Osvaldo and Pred win instead of Nino because he threatens the DOJ's fake powers.

K could've easily dropped this whole storyline when sht started getting weird after that argument with max at the pd but he chose to rp it through---hunted and interrogated people, until finally finding demarco, figuring out the C4 stuff and gang affiliations of Max and Siobhan to it (with supporting evidence ie ifak, etc). Disappointed and saddened with that judge's decision but tbh, im not surprised at all. Siiiighh

@@itsmrfatal5373 not really people are just fucking dents. Murphy case was dismissed. The pd can still file a case just Murphy was dismissed. after yesterday I feel like people lack self awareness. Solomon complaining he’s still suspended- dust monkey left the discord ooc and resigned Serge takes a case gets put in the hospital comes back dismisses the case and resigns. Irl stuff right K blames crane for everything when most people would say Mickey was the best mayor the reality is the face will always get the praise or the blame even then they have no control over things. The thing k is mad about is something out of cranes control something decided ooc something that created rp that Kebun didn’t like because it wasn’t him. I understand, but taking things out or blaming people without understanding is just dumb and provides a ooc toxicity that shouldn’t happen.

not only did Serge deny all the RP and associated RP to this court case, but he also dismissed it without prejudice (meaning no one can do anything now with this case) and then quit, i.e., running away from any consequence. These ppl are so lost that if they don't get things their way then nothing is allowed,

Does anyone know if the DOJ, and other people in power have OOC meetings about the server. Because I know they have had some but I think they need to do it more if they aren't. I feel like these decisions are made in RP which makes it harder for people to actually speak they're point or reasoning on something. If they can just talk about stuff as normal people and not some character they play it might help them make better decisions and rules for the server? Like the rules and the laws are two very different things. IDK its just beginning to get very confusing as to what is even happening on this server anymore and what's in character and what's not.

Personally, with the way things have gone and are going so far, I wouldnt be suprised if this keeps on going. Im looking back at the GTA 6 Mr. K reaction when he said "2 great years of RP on nopixel" and damn... that did NOT age well seeing this. Im just waiting for GTA 6 to drop and forget about this horrible abomination of a server and get a fresh start AGAIN after it was so messed up.

What’s crazy is that when Moon(Max) and DivaJilly(Siobhan) lost the battle they “left” the server to play Elden Ring. They new they reached to far but because CG pressed them idiots in the DOJ side with the accused bc they don’t want K to ever be right or have a W. It’s crazy how this server is run

Kebun is an RP artist. When you deny someones creativity, you will get the same repetitive outcome that becomes boring. Kebun has attempted to create so much RP for others only to be shutdown. People call them cry gang, but if someone stopped you from being as creative as possible all the time. You would be frustrated to. This is why I have found 4.0 to be so frustrating to watch in general. CG could have created such a web of RP for others to expand on, only to see storylines cut so short. The prison RP with Carmine was so funny and then all of a sudden, its over.
