Keene's New large dry washer 210 series.

This is our latest test on the new commercial large scale dry washer. The new 210 series low dust dry washer is built to be feed with some smaller heavy equipment. This is about our 6th time out and we really made some big improvement in the capacity, fine gold recovery and ease of use. We are also showing a new light weight conveyor belt we are working on as well. Keep watching more to come.

Excellent Mark ! I have been trying to develop a similar dry washer for small production. You've come up with an good machine ! Please keep me posted on the development.

We are basically ready to go into production. We just need to work on the feed hopper design so we can offer a more complete package. We are going be testing a revised hopper next week. Mark

We are planning on perfecting this 210 very soon and we are planning to have banks of these so we can feed with heavy equipment. The hopper is about 4 feet wide however I like the conveyor feed system since it help provide a more consistent smith feed. Our goal in to be able to feed with heavy equipment.

add two more conveyors one for talons an the other for the leftover dirt an a two man dry wash sluice with a little excavator

This new 210 series looks like a larger version and similar to your newer 190 series. Yes, would be good to feed it with a small excavator or skidsteer. -->One question, if you know, 'approximately' what is the target you want to achieve 'or' have already achieved on the fine gold size and percentage loss/recovery capability of the new 190 and 210 series?? Thank you.
