Keegan’s budget-friendly contract alone is enough reason for me to not consider trading him. If we were to give him up, we’d almost certainly be taking in someone with a max (or close to max) contract, which would shut the door on us making any other big moves or even limit us resigning Malik. I know it sounds boring, but we need to keep that flexibility

Murray is a keeper. However, a good coach will have him playing all-star caliber basketball from start to finish next year, or all bets are off.

I'm going to nitpick because it's the second time I've heard you talk about it. Keegan put up 41 in the California Classic vs the Heat and 47 in his career night vs Utah (the highest career high of any King on the 23-24 roster).

Fox definitely untouchable lol any possible move would be lateral at best and he is homegrown talent that always wanted to be in Sac (and easily could have asked for a trade over the years of having zero help and revolving door of coaches)

I think we have to draft someone at 13. THEN make a trade using our other draft picks. Bridges will cost 2 1st and 1 Swap plus matching Salary Issac will cost Huerter and a 1st Ingram is matching salary and 3 1st (if he resigns) Lauri equal value as Ingram

Kings were the favorite to win that New Orleans play in game and I knew we would lose. I was in Vegas when that play in game was going on. You don’t know how bad I wanted to go ahead and place the bet on NO. My wife told me to stay out of it- so I did. I was at the MGM sports book. I knew we were going to lose, based on the season. I listened to my wife and didn’t place the bet. I should have.

I feel like Keeg is our Draymond. We have enough to land Ingram without Keeg and a draft pick. I say continue to build there own identity grab the best SF available out this draft. Put together small trade package for another guard.

I love Halliburton and will always have love for his game but I'm not sure if he should have made it over Jaylen Brown or Fox. I mean if you were playing a pick up game and just Halliburton and Jaylen Brown was left, you would pick Halliburton?

I’d give them this years pick (I know we can’t give it but we can draft who they want and Trade to them) and our next available after Atlanta gets their pick. Maybe throw some fillers, but I wouldn’t trade Keegan.

I believe De’Aaron is STILL getting better! He clearly has the work ethic to go with talent. He gets no love nationally or barely any. He will be much better next season again taking another step forward.

He was a 40% 3 point shooter his rookie season, he usually guards the other teams best player wether it’s a wing or a guard, he’s fits our timeline, he’s shown flashes of greatness (Historic 12/15 from 3 game this year and led us to beat the warriors in the play in)

If he can upgrade and be consistent on offense to say 15 ppg + and increase his rebounding to 5+.. then I'd say he's on the right path. He needs to work on a middy shot and a few moves inside the three point line. He seems to take the coaching on what he needs to work on and he is shown as doing those things.

It's a joke that sabonas is third NBA team. Think about it. Jokic get MVP and sabonas gets third team? Sabonas plays against jokic more then adequately! Sabonas might be the most underrated player of all time. He played well enough this last year to be in the running of MVP!!! He is top 10 player. This is ridiculous!!!

Itd be an absolutely BRUTAL trade. Id take Murray over Ingram RIGHT NOW. IF Fox wasnt on this team Keegan would average 25ppg. Keegan knows and accepts his role. Keegan could EASILY average over 20 ppg if it were required or needed. I think Fox needs to give up some of those shots to Keegan this year. 2 years ago Fox was a SUPERSTAR. He seemed mentally disinterested at times this season. Kings need to bring in some new energy. They need a player that has an immediate impact that OG IMMEDIATELY had with new york. Realize its easier said then done. The Kings just seemed to be missing that 'magic' that they had year prior. That hand injury was very unfortunate because Kings literally OWN the Lakers and thats who they would have been matched up 2nd round

Braden ingram is right now like fox and sabonas. In other words, he is at the same age and place in his career. If you are serious about fox playing for now and his time to make a run is now then he needs a player like Ingram. Murray is good but how much better is he going to get doesn't look so good. He can shoot the three but he is slow and not very powerful. Unless he learns to do turnaround jump shots like Jordan I don't see much improvement.

Why? He's been coached up on working on his offense game as far as "taking it hard to the basket" , throwing it down.... Slashing and taking more of an aggressive move etc... coaching in the NBA is done not like holding their hand. The players self work on their game on their own. The coach puts in place their offense/defense sets and instills their process they want and their roles for their players. The players need to follow that coaching.

Blame the coach ? Keegan missed a lot of open 3’s bruh that’s not on the coach , I blame our ownership for not adding more key pieces on this squad , let’s be real we banked on Keegan taking a huge jump and Sasha being deadly from deep , and that wasn’t the case nothing to do with the coach he has a mid squad

Unacceptable. Also, there's a euroleague stat on Sasha that he dribbled less than once per 2 pts scored. Meaning, he's catch & shoot STRICTLY. It's like nobody knew how he played. Face it, many times the fans know more than the Execs, and when you see that Huerter, Murray, Sasha have not improved next year, you'll be saying the same thing as I am.
