Materials
1 kilo of plums
600 ml jar
half a tablespoon of rock salt (12 grams) for each jar
Half a tea glass of apple cider vinegar (60 ml) for each jar
1 head of garlic
3 slices of lemon
enough hot water
Note: You can eat pickled plums after 1 week.
Store the pickles in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
After opening the pickle jar, store it in the refrigerator, it will stay crispy.
You can store it for 2 years in a place out of direct sunlight.
