This recipe from my grandmother surprised everyone! Easy, cheap and delicious

Necessary materials
1 kilo of currants (unripe grapes)
2 heads of garlic (18 cloves)
1 tablespoon of rock salt (18 grams) per 1 liter jar
Half a tablespoon of rock salt (9 grams) per 600 ml jar
1 teaspoon of sugar (5 grams) per 1 liter jar
Half a teaspoon of sugar (2 grams) per 600 ml jar
1 tea glass of apple cider vinegar (140 grams) for a 1 liter jar
Half a tea glass of apple cider vinegar (70 ml) for a 600 ml jar
3 slices of lemon
enough hot water (boiling)
Ready to eat after 1 week.
Note: You can store the jars in a cool place out of direct sunlight for up to 1 year.
Jars must be clean and have new lids.
Be sure to close the jar lids very well.
After opening the jar, be sure to store it in the refrigerator. Then it maintains its crunchy state for up to 1 year.
