Very rare. I copped an authentic Wu Wear T at Ross Dress-For-Less on a little trip with Mom to the outlets back in Fall '97 that played an integral role in my daily drip for several of the best years of my youth.

They actually had a brand of clothing in the 90's called Wu Wear, these were legit garments designed and woven under the strict supervision of the RZA and his team, not just regular Ts with a licensed W logo.

All three of your wives are so lucky to have men who truly love them. Im in the middle of an awful divorce and my husband changed the locks on our house and kicked myself and my 2 kids out. We were together for 7 yrs. This podcast has really been helping me keep it together and stay positive. You guys are the best!

People really need to be taught that anxiety can be controlled and that the mind is doing it to itself. I went to the ER when I first started having panic attacks thinking it was a heart attack. The tougher panic attacks are in your head, the tougher they are. No SSRIs they might help the panic attacks but only short term and at an incredible cost to your mental clarity.

@@TimButterly Np King, through out my day to day I perpetually use breath awareness via certain simple rhythmic techniques for the parasympathetic nervous system activation and it works wonders. but a daily 5-20 minute practice is ideal. The simple ones I use are: 1. 4 counts in, 4 counts out 2. 4 counts in, hold for 4 counts 4 counts out, hold for 4 counts (this is called box breathing) *works well as hell* 3. 4 counts in , 8 counts out 4. Alternating single nostril breathing 5. 7 counts in 7 counts out I sometimes couple it with mantras and shiet. Thank you and rainy for all the casts and all the laughs !!! God bless your families.

I like matt hancock simply for the fact that everyone hates him. He is just a dork who was told what to say and do by the British Government. Nazareth is GARBAGE! Drive the extra 5 mins to Knight's Rd Jefferson Hospital. They're way cleaner, and staff is much better. Sorry the wife is dealing with panic attacks like that, they're miserable. Don't worry about her passing out. Odds of passing out are near zero, your BP and pulse being so high is nearly impossible to pass out.
