There are legit cases of horrifying transphobia (look at the teenager Brianna Grey in the UK recently, where people were celebrating the death of a MINOR because they hate trans people so much. Keffal’s constant accusation waters down the severity of hatred against such communities, and really, she only serves to give more ammo to transphobes. Her entire existence is a contradiction of itself.

Im here because I found out PG isn't hateful and pretty funny. His dry humor freaked me out as an autistic person because I would always think he's serious lmao. But oddly I'm here from the Vaush stuff and while I'm still a fan(hard to break the huge parasocial bond and it's a pathetic feeling) I want to say you're right. There is a whole part of the left that is quiet because she gets an incredible amount of harrassment and we don't like adding to it. But she also DOES do more. She pays to have a support group with an actual social worker for the trans people in her discord(you can join if cis but it's mostly trans and queer people in college) she is more than a professional victim. However she also absolutely capitalizes off of making as big of a backlash to things on her and farming it. I think it's because she knows she will be stalked by anti fans forever. And she can't really escape that thought. Also getting sober is hard so I always give her the benefit of the doubt.(85 percent chance of relapse in the first year.) However some of the stuff she does is just too weird. Her titles made me unsub months ago. It's a lot of baiting s*icide

I just wanted to give the perspective of a fan of that space. not huge into Keffals but I know a lot about her and what she does vs what people sensationalize around her. The reason she is popular is trans people see her as like "oh I can be edgy but also on the left and fight for trans identity" thats like her whole audience. I'm not trans personally. But I figure when it comes to Keffals I'd be a resident expert. You aren't wrong but there is some context missing. Papa gut is right she needs to log off. I hope she comes back better and makes decent content. Even if some of the stuff she supports is weird. To some people she's all they have as like a story of making it out and being financially stable and accepted for their identity. That's a big thing to remember with her audience.

If the diagnosis is something they suspect but doesn’t require testing. They won’t tell you. Like if they suspect you have traits of borderline personality disorder. probably won’t mention it. If they think you have schizophrenia. They’ll tell you after testing. See the difference? As for your meds example, if you complain of anxiety. Your doc will prescribe meds but still might not tell you what he’s diagnosing you with.
