I don't buy it. Why would these people sit with this info and cause the case to drag for so long, denying the Meyiwa family due justice in the process? Besides, what would Kelly's MOTIVE be for her to order the killing of the man she loved, a man who is the father of her daughter? How much money does Kelly have to be able to pay off all these people including people who were in the house? Hhayi man.... If we say the accused made the confessions because they were being beaten up and thus the confessions must be discarded then why now must we accept what is contained in the confession when it implicated Kelly. Let's be balanced. Nothing in the confessions should count because these men were beaten to "confess".

Besides their confessions Gininda mentioned two more things. The money bag picture found on her phone n the same on one of the guys phones as well as a record of calls made between them n her. That was enough for her to join them in the doc. Maybe the other ppl in the house didn't know about the plan. Remember one of Senzos friends said when they were about to leave the property Kelly called them back. Now this on its own makes sense now. If you remember the friends testimony he couldn't even call Kelly by name and oul tell that he didn't like her. That man knows more.

Look at how Zandi tried to place the car as parked outside the yard yet Senzos friends went out for a smoke and saw the car in the yard behind Senzos car. By placing the car outside the premises It's as if Zandi was trying to avoid any question that may arise as to how Senzo would leave with another car parked behind him. Money in the bag could be for anything ie profits from drugs those guy were selling with/for Kelly

The affidavit said he was guarding outside and he had a small pistol. He told whoever it was that he was confessing to, to go tell ntanzi to not mention his involvement when he found out ntanzi was arrested for the murder. He said if ntanzi did mention him, he will be unalived.
