I was all geeked to see Kelly on it at first, but shit, she is every bit of The stereotype of the "angry black woman." I would've hoped for better representation Ugh🙄🙄 #Cringeworthy

Kelly def turned me and a lot of ppl off with her stank attitude on this show, but I won't front or diminish her accomplishments. She is def well known as an artist herself, not just for singing background for Mariah. She has her own songs that are well known and she established her own career. I can not care for her personality and still respect the amazingly talented vocalist and artist that she is. I won't lie and say she'll only be known for singing for Mariah Carey cuz that's simply not true. A lot of ppl know as we lay, friend of mine with Mr. Biggs and R. Kelly, etc like I can't front on her talent and career just because her attitude sucks lol.

Saw the show when it aired. Watched it again (many times over) through KZfaq. I'm starting to see a LOT clearer now. The other 4 women were doing WAY more than what they were supposed to be doing. They LITERALLY took over Kelly's program instead of letting her be in charge of the process. They didn't want to wait, and THAT created the schism. Kelly was being difficult because she was watching everybody run a steam roller over her baby! How would you feel if you have an idea and a plan with everything mapped out, but instead of waiting on you and letting you do your thing, the people you brought on board with you started bringing in directors and planning rehearsals without consulting you? I'm just saying, Kelly was being whatever everybody and anybody wants to call her, but I can no longer say she wasn't justified...

There were misunderstandings among Kelly and the other women while working on a project for the show. Kelly had private conversations with some of the ladies and acted sarcastically unaware when they were on camera together. The project needed to be complete before the season ended and they were running out of time. Kelly says she wanted Tori to direct it, but never told the ladies, didn't involve herself in the planning or rehearsals. Her behavior was not like someone who would lead the project. She also needs to work on personal issues with a therapist or life coach. Chante also had her own issues. The convo about getting a director should've been told to Kelly before setting up a meeting. However, if Kelly is stating she owns the idea and should be the decision maker for everything then she should have been there to do it.

I cringe and laugh every time I watches these episodes. I loved the show. Kelly's insecurities and untrusting nature more than attitude were shining. Her defense mechanisms overshadowed her ability to communicate with the ladies or allow them to communicate. At the reunion part of her comments, in one particular segment, also explains some of her issues with Chante. I wanted to hug Kelly the entire time and cussed her out through my TV every episode.
