Ever wondered about the cemetery in West Kelso? The Catlin Cemetery is the resting place for many of our pioneer families. Catlin, Huntington, Wallace and Allen just to name a few.
Seth Catlin came across the Oregon trail at the age of 56 with his wife and 7 sons. Know to be a "well healed" family of means, the Catlin's set about to settle what is now West Kelso.
Check out the map of the original donation land claims in the area. Reference books I used in this research are named at the end of this video, too.
