No problem with mine. Got the OD green. Took it apart and cleaned it, lubed the underside of the slide, put it back together. Loaded the mags with 10 rounds of what I call a Crackerjack of ammo. Barely touched trigger and it fired. Ran across some dud rounds but other than that, it ran what I had. This gun has a hate-love relationship with people, I like mine, but I don't love it. I went out and bought a mix match of ammo, just to see what it likes and doesn't like. For the price I paid, I think I came out on top and I won't compare it to any other gun. Keltec is different. They are in a class all by themselves.

Bought the misses one as a present thinking it was a cheap little plinker for a lady as an afterthought. Unbeknownst to me it’s a way SMOOTHER shooter with NO RECOIL than my Ruger SR22 and HALF THE PRICE. She has 16 round mags while the SR22 only has 10. Also, unlike the Ruger SR22 there are no current nationwide RECALLS on them. I recently had to send my SR22 in for recall repairs while the wife pointed and laughed in my face as she went to the range with her P17 and plinked all day! I filed for divorce shortly thereafter 🤣🤣🤣

The p17 is a decent firearm, as is the Taurus tx22...we went with the mark iv 22/45 lite for our 'shoot lots of ammo' gun, because after acquiring firearms we need, having firearms we like (whatever reason is a good reason), is okay...so, enjoy that p17, may it sing on the range for you...

i got mine ~3 months ago, had multiple failures at 1st until i realized i was using the wrong ammo. Switched to CCI Mini Mags and its runs 99.99%

Should be fine, and awesome that it has a threaded barrel. Get a suppressor for it! I have some KelTec s, the 380 P3AT and a SUB2000 in 40cal. Never any problems with either of them.

🇦🇺😎👍Hey big fella happy Wednesday…. I’ve used a Keltec PWR 30 once. They’re not real popular down here…I wonder how those guns would go in a torture test 🤔 💭….all mags in Australia are restricted to 10 shot magazines except a few 22lr rifles…great video big fella 🏁

Yeah its cheaper just to get a gun from a local gun store now unless you get free shipping and low transfer fee. Already have two .22 rimfire pistols being a revolver and auto, don't need any more. Yes they were budget cheaper pistols. I think one was $157 and one was $125. They run reliably and are accurate enough for my needs. Only use them for practice and training, small game and varmints, and plinking fun shooting. I did not get them for defense being .22 rimfire unless they were all I had. Thanks for sharing.

Mine is a lemon. The slide occasionally fails to go fully into battery. Many different types of ammo. A light shake or tap on the back and its corrected.

@@oo7-ro6bu when i go to the range, i go thru about 12 mags worth of ammo and out of 12 mags or chambering 12 times, maybe 1 time if that it will fail to go into battery. When i sling shot it, i do a quick sling shot, like pull back fast and let it go fast.

My magazines will only hold "10" rds each, even with a speed loader, 10 was all I can load..

Dont use the slide stop as a slide release. It will fail if you use it as a slide release. I believe it says this in the manual as well.

I've done it with every single gun I've ever owned. I'm not saying I disagree or that you're wrong because you're correct. Its just a habit. The only guns I've ever had that didn't like it was 2 glocks.

Nice to see s 22lr pistol more then 10 rds. Thats my only gripe is all my semi auto 22lr pistol are 10 rds. But then again i haven't bought one thats more then 10 rds 😂
