I believe LV1 is supposed to do latency compensation on all busses, to be able to time-align them no matter what plugins were used. If you hear comb filtering when using dissimilar plugins on different busses, that's probably due to one or more of those plugins having some form of all-pass filtering in them, wherein the phase of part of the frequency spectrum would be modified. The dissimilar plugin list itself, though, *shouldn't* cause comb filtering.
