Did such an outstanding job preparing this! Awesome Dad, too, taking up his daughter's interests. These look way better than the usual BBQ chicken

As an Alaskan I approve of this It's killer when you do a brown sugar and salt dry brine and then smoke it.

why did you have to slap on 'As an Alaskan' do you guys have a specific kind of way of making salmon? Did you know that this is how most people make salmon?

Great video Kendrick ... I have heard of making Salmon Bites sometimes referred to as Salmon Burnt Ends ... but pretty sure others are saying to put them in a smoker for 20 minutes at 250°, basting, then another ten minutes or so. At :35 into your video, I am hearing you say you cook the bites for "an hour and a half at 275°" as you put them in your Traeger. That is a substantial difference in cooking time and a little hotter. Please confirm that 275 for 90 minutes is how you make the bites. Thank you ... bought some Sockeye today and hope to make the bites tomorrow.

Perfect idea but I'm adding grilled cedar plank at the highest temp my little gas grill can put out/ handle lol. All that prime surface area with a potentially XXX extra cedar smoked profile infused with my salmon magic seasoning and assorted spices 😉 😜
