My Kenmore refrigerator freezes milk after 3 days . I have tried turning it down but still freezes. Anyone know what is going on with it and how to fix it?

could just be where you keep it inside the fridge. anything near the vent(top left) in mine freezes. i keep the milk on the middle shelf with no problems. there might be dials for air balance and temperature. keep the air balance at half and the temp a bit less than that. might not notice any changes for a day or so each time you set those differently. if you can set the temp all the way down with the balance set towards the freezer, you have an issue to address. i have a kenmore almost identical to the one in the video and it will definitely freeze things.
