D dummy was heading for a head on collision driving on the wrong side of the road then refused to comply when asked to step out & kept slamming the door on the cops in a attempt to flee so the cop tased him twice, had he complied he would have been back in jail for riding dirty being a X con with firearm & most likely drugs but I know i know he diden do Nuttin . @@EzzellesWW Naw, suspected DUI means a field sobriety test is administered. Nobody is above the law, he has to comply and if he would have got out of the car he would of had a sobriety test done. He would not exit the vehicle, killed a cop and injured another because he was allegedly high and had a gun. Now, he's gonna fry... This is a case of stupid versus even more stupid. On one hand he ends up with a gun charge being a felon, the other he's now facing first degree murder, attempted first degree murder and gun charges as a felon. I hope he enjoyed those few days he had while on the run. Because now, he will never see outside of those four walls until the day he dies either by the death penalty or old age.

When a family members says "He has rights too".... this is said because they are seeing that person as their child, brother, father, some kind of family member. However they are not thinking about the horrific act that this person committed and expecting "rights" for this person consists of legal, arrested rights that are being exercised, which are not what they understand. Its sad for the family member, but the rights of this man, even in custody is more then the rights the deputy has now due to the murderous actions taken.

@@user-tf9xk9dv2e watched the bodycam, he resisted a lawful order to exit the vehicle, the deputies proceeded to use reasonable force to eject him from the vehicle, he shot both of them, wounding one, murdering the other, yelling threats at both of them and then leaving the scene. If you DON'T think he's guilty, then you need to seriously re-evaluate the legal process. There is no gray area about it, this is more about whether he gets life or death.

Very reminiscent of the "David Ware" case. Almost the same exact situation. Poorly trained cops fighting a resisting suspect in the dark that is inside a vehicle and not watching his hands. Female cop should have had lethal out watching hands, while other cop had taser deployed. Instead the DEI hire ran at the moment that she needed to lay down fire the most to save her partner.

The body cam and dash cam footage of the execution of Deputy McGowan was very hard to watch. Cold-blooded murder and it was so unnecessary. My condolences to family, friends and colleagues of Deputy McGowan. May he rest in peace✝

@@nicholaslindsay3203 I think the policemen was killed instantly on the first or second shot because his body cam was pointed straight at the sky after a couple of seconds and it never moved. Very hard to watch that. I was shaking for an hour after seeing what that disgusting POS did to those 2 cops. Then he ran off like the coward he is. It's sad that true justice wasn't served when they caught that thug.

These cops acted so unprofessional and that's why they were shot, had they been better trained they could avoided the situation.. that one cop who got killed was standing there sitting like a Sitting Duck a free Target and it just blows my mind how someone could be so ignorant to stand there like a fool knowing you could be shot at any moment

You cant be charged for something there's no evidence of after the fact. Had he just complied he could have proven that then. But, he had to argue, resist and then open fire because he was scared of them finding that pistol he was hiding. You know, the same one he's now been charged with being in possession of, used to kill one cop and injure another.

@@Black_Iron44 carcam shows him driving multiple times into the oncoming lane. Like DUI. So if he hits another car head on, blame the cops for not pulling him over? All he had to do was get out of the car, but we all know why he didn't LAW states if an officer orders you out of the car you must do so. EVEN if you have an illegal gun...or who knows what else. This guy is a lifelong felon. Multiple assaults, drugs, strangling a woman, suspended license, possession of a gun by a felon, but blame the cops, right?
