I was just out washing the car and turned on the radio and this song played. Not heard it in nearly 20 years. I performed it at the reception when my wife and I married. Haven't heard it since. I was an aspiring musician, but never made it. Lost her 4 years ago to cancer. I burst into tears while cleaning the windscreen. She left me 2 beautiful kids though. But jesus, it hurts.

I was a member of his fan club and 8.9 10 years old when that Christmas card or occasional newsletter or birthday card would show up from him and Maryanne I would get so excited. I had all of his albums and sat and listened to them for hours at a time when I was young. My grandpa loved him and used to play him all the time as well.
