@@TheTruth-on5zx She didn't spend enough time in ARCA, but she was 3rd in points and rookie of the year in ARCA. Her results were good enough to warrant a promotion but she should have stayed in ARCA due to lack of seat time.

@@lancebartowski2127 There were more than 4 full-time cars.... DGR fielded 2 full time cars themselves. 1 team fielded at least 3 full-time cars out of their 4. Plus the Champion was from a third team.

I like Hailey too, but you can't justify the support she got from Ford and the fact she has stayed in that seat for this long. Racing should be about results, not the sex of the driver

She’s a female in a male dominated sport, of course she’s going to get extra attention, that’s just the way it is. There are plenty of male drivers doing no better than she is and the 15 car is a 20th - 30th place car. If it were solely based on results there would only be about 10 cars on the track for each race. As long as she has support and sponsors she will have a ride… that’s reality. My opinion, she is a good dirt racer, she should be looking for a full time ride in High Limit or WoO sprints.

@@FloatingAlpacas Absolutely true. That's why she needs a faster car. She had driven an Xfinity car, a good one, while she was still in the Truck series. If memory serves me correct, she finished 7th. That's why many were excited about her in Xfinity. She won't be the first promising driver to join the wrong team and go nowhere. Won't be the last, either.

😮 There's a BIG difference in the different types of social media. Podcasts (like Jr and Kevin Harvick, Personal Life (like K. Larson used to do filming iRacing), Opinionated Type (like K. Wallace does). Deegan is too involved in Personal Life being the star of the show, she's not a racer.

Hailie's only problem I've watched, and I watched every race and listened to her spotter radio, is she is not aggressive enough sometimes. She'd told get inside and don't let em in but she doesn't. LOVE the young lady, she never curses on radio and never seems to get mad. She needs to. Get mad and kick someone's ass!

Only time I ever seen her mad was in the SRX series, when she got in a scuffle with Paul Tracy. I was really rooting for her, but she just doesn’t have it. She’s not aggressive enough like you said, and she doesn’t have the will to win, or the drive. Some people are just born with that drive, and maybe she was, but it’s not applied to her racing.

do you mean she choose a $hitty team? between her 2 crew cheifs, they have a lifetime career in Xfinity of 2 races ( first one 0 wins/ current 2) the team sucks, and sadly Hailie signed with them.

@@mikekenyon3322 They wanted Dale Earnhardt but got a Mark Martin and she needed to be Jeff Gordon. She has the sponsor relationships, she needs to “buy” a Hendrick or Gibbs ride and do her own team and drive it like she has to place to eat this week

@mikekenyon3322 The team doesn't drive in the race. She doesn't put the car where it needs to be. The team sucks but can get top 5 and 10s a couple times a year as proven by last year. She's just not ready for the move up.

Yeah none of these teams developed her, but she also just ran out of talent for nascar. She races other stuff competitively so she will be just fine.

Hailie Deegan is not bad at racing on dirt. If NASCAR doesn't work out for her I'd love to see her in a dirt late model.

She just qualified 14th out of 15 micro sprints at Millbridge and did not make the A Main, BUT her fiance finished 3rd in the A main at the same race. If she is good at "dirt" then she propably needs to make an A Main.

@@richsmith6997 In that series, she had some success by wrecking other drivers for her own gain. Toyota dropped her from their racing program because of her on-track conduct. The last straw was when she intentionally wrecked her own teammate, Derek Krause, to get the win for herself. Daddy Deegan begged Ford Motorsports to give her a 2nd chance opportunity and she's botched that too.

We warsh our cars here in Virginia too. I don't think Deegan ever took it serious enough. She seemed to have way more fun playing with toys and making social media videos playing with them.

I wanted to see her do well but as soon as she started that KZfaq channel and putting all the focus into that versus the on track product things started to take a turn for the worse. Ford also didn’t help matters either as they put little to no effort into developing championship level drivers. I see why she left Toyota since their pipeline is way too full however I think if she would’ve stayed another year in ARCA under the Toyota banner some spots may have opened up in trucks or she could have switched to Chevy where she could have had an even better shot to move up through the GMS team and eventually to maybe a JRM Xfinity car if things went well. Her and her dad also talked on a podcast on how she wasn’t interested in a relationship or dating anyone when things really started taking off in the West Series. When she got involved with that Chase dude was right around the time things started to change aswell.

Her you tube video or series of videos that I found ridiculous were the ones that she was trying to play the victim card and create a bunch of drama over being stalked just because she’s a woman. That’s just part of being a public figure. I guarantee that Dale Jr has had and still has way more women stalkers than she could ever dream of having men stalkers 🫤

Planning on heading to I55 aug 3rd for the iron man sprint car race. It will be my first official visit to that track to see a dirt race im very excited. Honestly she should as she is much better off in off-road truck racing &/or trophy racing... but she won't. This thing about Logano replacing her at Chicago or moretheless the road ringer replacement shtick. That's all. I assume she'll be back the following race & complete the rest of the season.

I remember in 2013 when JTG Daugherty Racing pulled Bobby Labonte out at Michigan to evaluate their 47 car and put Aj Allmendinger and later that next week, they said their data didn’t “get recorded” so they had to put Aj in there the next weekend as well. In the end, the car ran better everytime Aj got behind the wheel and Ai replaced Labonte the next season

IF Hallie would put time into racing and not social media she might get better results. Don't practice your craft compared to those who you race against it shows. You see her competitors racing during their off time while she makes videos at the lake house. I was a fan of hers then she just started becoming Natalie Decker 2.0.

Thanks Kenny. That's too bad. All of the bashers done got her fired. She had 4 top 20 finishers or better. Look at her Las Vegas and Telladegga finishes. They could have waited till the end of the season to assess her ride. They should have known they weren't going to get wins super fast and should have been patient.

Kenny, I am not so sure she is gone but you could be right. You know more about it than I do. Her social media following helps her almost as much as wins do but at some point she has to preform better. I like her also and wish her well.

AM Racing is currently refusing to list a driver for next week's race, which doesn't give a lot of hope to Deegan remaining in the car
