You can show them you are calling 101 You can say its you putting complaints in about corruption at the station. It's then their call. They have been told what you are doing. If they retaliate there and then, that's a big problem for them.

A few courts might uphold the law to 'look lawful', but in practice the courts are as inept as the police.
