We were heading to one of the most awaited stops in our trip and one of the most popular tourist attractions in Central Kentucky - Bourbon Country. We had only 4 full days to enjoy the bourbon trail. Therefore, our trail was quite short and included only 4 distilleries, but, from my point of view, the best ones. Plus, our visit to the Bluegrass state coincided with the weekend of the Kentucky Derby. Although we had to leave before the Saturday’s main event, we still managed to have a peek inside the premises and learn a lot about Kentucky Derby.
