Good game overall. Sadly the wildcats kind of just let it all go down hill after half time. Could’ve been a closer game if they counted UK’s TD before halftime or a further margin if they didn’t consider the targeting call before halftime. Improvement needed for both teams in different areas and hopefully we’ll see how each coach handles it. Best of luck to both teams for the season

plainsmen 63 who knows. And you guys got robbed of the pick six. It was a fair call but if this game was officiated maybe 2 years ago? Such rules didn’t exist and that would’ve been considered a nice block

I also thought both teams played well; especially after what they've gone through with covid. Kentucky fans have to be completely proud of their team. I'm also an Auburn grad/fan but looked at this game objectively. Both teams had some great moves in this game. I'm also very proud of Auburn. Next week is a bigger test. War Eagle.

There was a five-minute period (clock time spanning from the late first half to the first 4 minutes or so of the second) after that confounding TD reversal by the officials where Kentucky seemed to be rattled. A veteran team has got to have more mental toughness than that. Without that period, this would have been a nailbiter the whole way. On the other side, Auburn had a lot of young guys and guys in new roles who came up big. Both lines looked to be overmatched coming in, but they mostly held their own, at least when it counted. And Nix is developing into one heck of a QB.

S Venable it was definitely a good test run for both teams you’re not wrong about that. As for a Kentucky fan, I really hope that our pass defense becomes better because I believe that our rushing defense is holding out pretty well. AU def had amazing receivers and a qb that knows where to throw the ball (at his wr but away from his defender) best of luck to your team. Really hope you guys kill Georgia next week because I dislike their high boasting fans.

WT Keeton The mental game was for sure the downfall of us. Doesn’t help that every time AU scored, we answered back with punting/fumbling/ hideous attempts of a punt fake. But that’s just how Kentucky is. You see it in our football team and you def see it in our basketball team. We kill some nobody team by 30 points in basketball in halftime and by the end of the game we scrape out a win with 9 points. It’s def something we need to work on as a program.

Who is making these highlights? You can’t just show a 100 yard pick six then not show why it didn’t count. Then UK goes for two and the next clip you show is a replay of the touchdown?!

For those who are curious the interception at the end of the first half was called back due to targeting by Derrick Hall on the return that's why auburns points rest to 8 in the third quarter

@@joemac024 there was someone helmet to helmet in it. It was confusing at the game bc the replay was only showing if he stepped out or not. And we were all like you cant call a review on something and then call something else. But whatever we won

Context? Please! You know you're not getting that. Think about the 2nd down TD KY scored that wasnt even ruled a TD when the RBs knees to the top of his helmet was in the end zone. It gets reviewed and upheld! I need to know what they saw to not give KY that TD. Even the commentators commented on how bad that call was. Then of course in AU fashion, they get the interception on the next play. I'm 1000% shocked it was called back in Jordan Hare Stadium.

A lot of $ was on Ky with the upset and the points AU was giving up. That’s why it wasn’t a TD before the half. Good win AU. It happens all year. What will make you laugh, will make you cry. Ttys

6:00 Bo fakes #50 Marquan McCall (who had Bo dead to rights in the backfield) out of his pads followed by a huge grab by Seth Williams. Possibly my favorite play of the day.

Based on the stats, this is a game Kentucky should have won by about 10-14 points. They controlled the line of scrimmage and ran over twenty more plays than Auburn. But they gave away the game because of turnovers. Ouch.

Actually if you look at it, he's covered at the line for a few yards then released. Then there is a S back that doesnt go after the punt. That's why he looks so wide open.

Man if Terry didnt fumble that ball and duffy actually punted that coulda been a win for UK. They dominated the first 3 quarters but just made mistakes in the second half. UK is a great team if our QB can pull his head out of his a**! And NTM we have the toughest schedule in the country this year hands down, so if we have another winning season thats saying something about Kentucky football

Wow dont even show the touchdown that the refs fked em out of... great editing... 09must be an auburn fan to not show the obvious TD/ref error that very well could've been the difference maker with the opposite outcome.
