That Delphi radio is straight up junk. Get the extra gauges instead and buy basic radio and replace it to a aftermarket before you hit the road. You'll thank me later.

Our nav system won't allow for new inputs. It has a few addresses already in the system and won't allow for any new inputs, addresses, etc. Extremely frustrating

Totally makes sense. Go into the settings and there is a "brightness" setting

Got a 2020 Kenworth with this setup. Just can't talk to anyone because it produces a huge echo on their end.... No settings to adjust for any noise cancelling so wondering if anyone else has this issue...and how to fix it. Tried moving the mic around with no fix.

Have you changed the volume on your phone? That could be a big part of it.

Have the same problem with mine freezes up can’t connect echo in the telephone tries to sew something and then doesn’t towing anything for hours have to isolate truck to reset it

Just bought a 2013 t680. Has the nav+ screen but its just black nothing shows up. Do i have to pay for it? Nothing shows up at all when its not paid for?

Derek, Unfortunately, a lot of the early NavPlus systems had an issue and crashed out early. You can update/replace the system with a new factory one, but you're probably better off just going with an aftermarket one.

did you shut the back light off, , shine a high powered flash light into it, try and turn the screen light back on.. there is a you tube video on how to get the back light on,

Why doesn't the system work with android phones for media to come through the speakers? Previous systems allowed this.

It should work fine for that. I've actually used both my Andriod and iPhone in multiple trucks with the NavPlus and have had no issues with it.

Is there a mini USB port on the unit so I can connect my Geotab GO-9 GPS unit for dispatching capabilities.

There is a USB port on it, but it would not transmit the GPS signal.

@@KenworthofRichfield It sounds like it will work. Geotab works with off the shelf Garmin Nuvi's and Desel models. We plug our Garmin Connect cable into the Garmin and it then serves as a dispatch terminal. The Geotab handles the GPS and is the pipeline for the dispatching to the Garmin. We'll give it a try. Thank you. BTW: Our Geotab will send a wealth of engine data and performance metrics from your Pacar engines.

The truck will hook into your WiFi if it is close enough. It does not have a cellular connection though to supply your other items with WiFi. Think of it like a tablet computer without cellular.

The navigation should work just fine as it is. The NavPlus system will let you subscribe to and upgrade your maps any time that you're on a WiFi connection. The system will work just fine on the road even without a cellular connection. We have two trucks in stock with that system currently. If you're local, I'm happy to demo them!

Have you tried turning the truck on and off again? If it's still stuck, you may need the dealership to do a hard reset.

Is there a sleep timer on it because mine turns off after an hour of use automatically. And my cameras do not work. Took it to peterbilt of Oklahoma city and they charged me $1000, only thing they did was update it, but it did not work. Truly dissatisfied with paccar even though it is my first paccar truck.

Unfortunately, if it is the earlier system, there really is no solution to this problem without replacing the entire setup. If it is a 2016 or later system, it would be something that we would actually have to look at and replicate the problem to see if we can fix it. .

Usually, the maps will only update via WiFi, not bluetooth.

Are you trying to do it while driving? You can only do this with the parking brake set.

Unfortunately, this is one of those problems that's hard to diagnose, and even more so online. You'll probably need the dealer to take a peek at it to see what's going on.

Unfortunately, there are not many applications available for this. Security is the main reason as it ties in with the electronics on the truck.

there's usually one right on the front of the stereo module.
