I really appreciate and enjoy your videos as it helps me with my project I took notice when you said you made your own mounts for the sleeper because that's the exact thing I did for mine being that I replaced my old smaller sleeper with a bigger 62" and didn't take into account where it would mount up with the existing mounts and it was off about an inch and a half with not enough drilling surface on the mounts so I had new ones made at a fractions of the cost, but just wanted to compliment you on your work and experience and to say I learn a lot from your videos and can't wait to see your truck rolling up and down the 5 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Thanks! Anything custom made is a lot cheaper for these trucks. Everyone wants a arm and leg for any small used part for these trucks.

They say this Metton meterial is not weldable and it won’t stick or mix with other plastics.

Man I had the metton hood found a old fiberglass hood and the fiberglass one was way lighter

Yeah I think there is some aftermarket fiberglass ones that are actually lighter than the Metton. This fiberglass one was much heavier.

@CustomRigs oh ok cause we had to man handle that mutton hood with like 6 guys but when I installed the fiberglass one I only had 4 people and we didn't struggle as much😂
