The long-awaited "Kenya Virtual Birding Tours" series is here. The phenomenal Kinangop Plateau is an Important Bird Area (IBA) in the Central Kenyan Highlands. This amazing destination serves as our first location on our exciting Kenya Virtual Birding Tours Season 1.

Really interesting. Seeing these birds and looking at birds on my river here in Japan with new eyes. Thank you for a great episode. Good shots, helpful friendly commentary, makes me want to visit Kenya!

I remember this place in 2018, and we were lucky to find the Taita Long-claw one of the Kenya's endemic species.

Great video quality and a hawk's eye! I also recommend you to follow the basic techniques to reduce the wind noise: use condenser microphone hidden under your shirt (using a tape) or, if it's "shotgun" mic, then use a "deadcat".

I enjoyed watching this! Also noticed you used the pronoun "he" for the birds. I am noticing with most water birds featured here, there's no much of a difference in plumages of males and females.
