An arrest be it a murder suspect, a petty thief it doesn't matter. The manner in which an arrest is conducted must be peaceful and humane unless they resist arrest. There has been no case of resistance in any "arrest" as you put it. And this conversation is not about arrests. These people were abducted.

CS Kithure Kundiki stands accused of presiding over gratuitous police brutality, an indictable offence under both domestic law and International Convention on Human Rights! Kindiki could end up at the ICC courtroom this time around NOT as a defence attorney but as a criminal defendant ! Prof Kindiki's register at the Roll of Advocates should be revoked forthwith! He is a disgrace to his calling as a lawyer.
