The name marijuana is associated with hundreds of myths and misconceptions. The plants scientific name is Cannabis Sativa which has important uses and significance both in the medical field and re- creationally. Pragmatic harm reduction should be embraced in Kenya by the Govt in this matter of legalising this wonderful plant. In most progressive societies like The Netherlands, some states in the USA, Canada etc, Cannabis Sativa consumption is well regulated and different strains are sold in cannabis shops for consumption re-creationally. Cannabis production in green houses coupled with intense research in these societies boosts economies of these countries immensely. GOK should fund avid and intensive research on Cannabis as it is also medically feasible for cancer patients too.
@musamusashi3 жыл бұрын
Making it only a business depriving it of its spiritual dimension, has its dangers as well. It's the easiest plant to grow, and those who use it should be free to grow their own instead of relying on corporate production that is often OGM.

Well said, Medically know as THC. Can help buid kenya.
@Sketcher86 Жыл бұрын
@@summerboy6135 Overall, marijuana does not cure cancer. This woman must be wrong. The scientific world is still researching. THC is given to patients as a pain reliever because it is safer than opioids and other pain relievers. It cannot be said that marijuana is absolutely good for health because with long-term use, disturbed sleep, GI symptoms, and loss of appetite are common symptoms of marijuana. These facts cannot be hidden. Anyone who smoke marijuana knows these facts.

It must be legalized in Africa, It was used by our people before they whites came to Afrika, Knowing them for who they are( greedy, selfish, envious ), they made it illegal. After so called independences of Afrikan states, still countries adopted same oppressive laws. Marijuana is not foreign to Africa, every ethnic group has a name for it. Time to get back to our roots.

I never cease to be amazed that there continues to be a discussion around weed. Please anyone please. Why was marijuana made illegal in the first place. We just continue to believe that people of black and brown colour should continue suffering injustices because of its illegallization. Why was marijuana made illegal in the first place? Why?

What does one need to do to be in the rastafarian culture

people need to stop acting blandness about mariwana,mariwana is very very good for many things,,let's check about miraa cigarette alcohol and this mogokaa surge this is dangerous but why people are used and its damage life of people and everyone knows but no one speaks on this,they need to leave people alone who smoking ganja,,,also rasta hir it is a black man culture its part of our culture,before white man comes in Africa we Africans we use to be rasta natural so why people can't find their culture,white man come in Africa and destroy our culture and following white man cultural and forget ours,this is the things we need to go deeper to find our value cause the mountain is higher and the value is deep in shit,so Africans find ur value and know who we're,love and raspect for all Rastafari livit forever more
