It was an emotional farewell for a man who has been at the helm of power for slightly over 10 years and a record fifty years in active politics. A special moment in the history of Kenya when the country's top brass including the military had an opportunity to bid goodbye to Mwai Kibaki, the third President of Kenya as his successor President Uhuru Kenyatta assumed office.

I give Hon. Emilio all the credits coz I'm where iam becoz of him. He gave the youths an opportunity to take loans at a very low interest. I took the opportunity grew my small business and today I have a mansion I drive myself I have several businesses I have even employed several youths. This is because our prezzo believed in us. I'll never forget you Mr Kibaki.

Very well done, though. He passed on the baton to Uhuru similarly to the way Moi handed over to him. We love Kibaki. Uhur u handed over to Ruto very peacefully. Let us keep up the tradition. I am against mandamano - the loser must peacefully concede the defeat. Peace Kenyan brothers and nothing else will suffice. Thank you all.
