Great filming/editing. I like the rythmic sound of the shoes hitting the ground. Very inspiring to watch, I would like to try those drills myself!

There is something about the sand of feet hitting the sand tracks which is wonderful!

@@miketomkins5171 when we edited it we just thought we’d keep it simple and try to make you almost feel / hear like you are there with us ! Hope it worked sort of 😂

Jane is already settled in another camp I believe. But I of course know who she is.

@@mary_ngugi_cooper Good I was with her over the weekend at Ngong recourse and saw some of these girls winning and I was impressed... Continue with the great work I know I will support you in the future and keep pushing the brand brand unfortunately the videos I took I am not sure if some of the girls are featured I could have shared with you.

Check some of the girls, movement iko kwa miguu pekee. Movement ikue mpaka kwa shoulders ndio aweze kubenefit na hio drill.
