Nah it not about speaking the language lol she is not even french but congolese 🇨🇩 algerian 😂😂😂 meaning she is 100% african because Algérie is a country in north africa just like Congo is a country in central africa it don't matter she is 100% african, and French is spoken in africa too both central,north part in some countries and in some west african countries it is the official language but it also the official language of Congo and Algeria 🤦🏿‍♀️ so it not even a language that she had to learn like most foreign because she wanted to but it an official language of both her countries and cultures Edit: Congo has hundreds of languages but french is just the official language so it don't mean all congolese even speak french or know how to speak it same for algeria they speak arabic too soo yeah

Lol she did but many people learning french just to go to paris even though france got many cities even better than paris 🤦🏿‍♀️ the ignorance of people that know nothing about france but want to learn the language, I say all foreign educate themselves about france too and No paris is not france 🤦🏿‍♀️ And just because someone speak french as their official language it does not mean they are french or come from france cuz many other countries speak french especially in africa and central africa
