When I watched college football last year, I said to myself this is the best receiver in the nation.. he just made play after play… he can be elite best rookie in the draft. That fast ball answer was perfect! The throwing hard narrative could be used against Josh at certain points by the media. He basically said Josh knows what he’s doing it’s up to us to catch what he sends us. He’s also saying he has hands.
