Been Pulling for Elam since the draft. I REALLY Want him to succeed. You can tell he Wants to Succeed Soooo Much! Beane and McDermott have stated how hard he works and strives to be better. It’s the mental game i think with him, learning the scheme and his responsibilities, learning how to play zone defense at a high level…I think his last coach (butler.?) may have shaken his confidence at times as well. Hopefully he can make that jump this year. He’s Definitely in his head about it, i can tell. He needs his confidence to steadily increase. I don’t know if we’ll have a 1,000 yard receiver….and that’s a good thing. I’d rather have 4 800 yard receivers and Kincaid/knox split 1,000. Dorsey got too predictable with Diggs, Brady knows that he’s going to create some matchup nightmares with defenses with this super diverse group.
