Ingredients for south Indian upma recipe
Roasted Suji/Rava 1 Cup
Cooking Oil 2 tablespoon
Mustard Seeds Half tablespoon
Onion(Medium Size) 1 Nos
Chopped Ginger 10 g
Green Chilli 1 Nos
Curry Leaves 2 Nos
French Beans 5 Nos
Carrot(Medium Size) 1 Nos
Turmeric Powder Quarter teaspoon
Salt to Taste
Water 1.5 Cups
Grated Coconut 3 tablespoon
