Chechiyoooo..... I made this twice already. The first batch I made with 1.5cups of besan and made the Boondi with a small portion of tht dough...The first batch, my husband n 2 sons hogged and finished 3/4th of it in just 2 days.. hehe... then just made the second batch yest wih 2 cups of besan...and it was superb tooo... cant thank u enuf for posting my most fav snack.... luv all ur recipes... and my husband tells me if I followed ur recipe, it is a guaranteed hit...so happy I found u... I tried this recipe yesterday evening and came out well, except the batter of boondhi. By following your recipe, I got a very loose batter. I think the water must be max of 1/2 cup or less than that. But the amount of water for my dough was perfect and it came out well.
