Ingredients
Jackfruit Rags - 2 to 3 cups
Curry leaves - 2 to 3 sprigs
Peanut - 1 cup
Toor Dal - 1 cup
Rice Flakes - 1 cup
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Asafoetida powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 or 2 tsp
Oil - 1/2 ltr
Method
Firstly, we have to cut the jackfruit into two portions.
Then remove the outer green coloured throne.
Then cut the jackfruit and set it aside.
Then separated the rags from the jackfruit and kept them aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add jackfruit rags.
Then fry till the colour changes to a light golden brown.
Drain and keep a side.
Repeat the same process with balanced jackfruit rags and keep it aside.
Again, add peanuts to the hot oil.
Saute and fry them well.
Drain them well and keep them aside.
Now add the toor dal and fry them well.
Drain them well and keep them aside.
Then add some rice flakes to the hot oil.
Saute and fry till the rice flakes become crisp.
Drain them well and keep them aside.
Again, add some curry leaves to the hot oil.
Fry them, drain them well, and set them aside.
Take a banana leaf and add fried jackfruit rags.
Then add fried peanuts and toor dal.
Then add fried rice flakes.
Then sprinkle some red chilli powder, asafoetida powder and salt.
Combine them well with your hands.
Then add some fried rice flakes and mix them well.
Finally, sprinkle some curry leaves on them and mix them well.
