I came to know that Starting one FD is very easy. But when you want to withdraw cash for some urgency. They will not pay the amount as per our requirement. we cannot use for some urgency.

8.5 ശതമാനം വരെ ട്രഷറിയിൽ പലിശ കൊടുത്തിരുന്നു 2+ വർഷത്തിന്. ഇപ്പോൾ അത് വീണ്ടും കുറഞ്ഞു ഏഴരയായി. കൂട്ടുപലിശ കിട്ടില്ല എന്നത് കൊണ്ട് വരുന്ന നഷ്ടം വേറെയും.

സത്യം, പക്ഷേ കിട്ടുന്ന റിട്ടേൺ monthly ആയി ഒരു mutual fund SIP യിൽ ഇട്ടാൽ പോരെ, ELSS ടൈപ്പ് ആണേൽ taxum സേവ് ചെയ്യാം, ഞാൻ അങ്ങനെയാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നേ. Double Benifit. പിന്നെ 6.5 അല്ല ഇപ്പോഴും 7.5 തന്നെയാണ് നിരക്ക്, എല്ലാമാസവും 10ആം തീയതിക്കു ശേഷം പോയാൽ തിരക്ക് കാണില്ല, പിന്നെ വ്യക്തിഗത നിക്ഷേപങ്ങളിൽ(FD) സർക്കാരിന്റെ ഇടപെടൽ ഇല്ലെന്നാണ് അറിവ്, പിന്നെ ഗവണ്മെന്റിന്റെ വികസന പ്രവർത്തങ്ങളിൽ ഒരു തരത്തിലുള്ള പങ്കാളിത്തം കൂടിയാണല്ലോ ഇത്.

എനിക്ക് ട്രെഷറിയിൽ 15 g കൊടുക്കാൻ പറ്റിയില്ല അവർ വെടിച്ചില്ല.. Tds കട്ട്‌ ചെയ്തു റിട്ടേൺ എടുത്താൽ മതി അതേ പറ്റൂ പറഞ്ഞു.. ☹️

Sorry friend, no trust on kerala treasury bank or kerala financial institutions or even cooperative banks in kerala. I know a situation can come any time either I cannot get my money when I need or the entire system fail any moment like KSEB power. Good thing is that from the peon in the treasury to the CM of the state no one is accountable for anything happening in the state. I may have to go to jail on false case if accuse the govt for their lapses. Those who read the message if you want your money safe deposit in post office or any commercial bank where RBI has control on them.

Dear you ever visited or try to open an account in treasury. If not please don't suggest it. It is possible those people who don't have other job or enough time to spend for that. Myself try for that but they are behaving the same (Sarkari approach ). So common people avoid this.

Hi Arun, Maximum duration of 99 years has changed to 10 years two years ago. Please note the minimum for tax is not 5000. It is 40000. Please study well and make the video.

Sure, The duration I mentioned is as shown on the official website of the Kerala Treasury. As I mentioned in the video, I got the information about Tax limit from a Treasury Employee. So, the study part seems to be done well. But this was the information available.

In tsb they deduct 10 pct irrespective of yr fd interest until you provide some form filled to them. Some branches do not even deduct unless you request ha ha ha.

You can give 15G if you do not want cut IT. But if your interest is more than 2.5lakhs, they will not accept 15G, they will then deduct IT. If 15G is not given, then also they will deduct tax for interest above 5000

You can open at any sub treasury. Then you can avail their net banking facility for all transactions.

They never deduct if your total treasury income from deposit is less than 2.5L.

അത് IT വകുപ്പ് random നോട്ടത്തിൽ കണ്ടെത്താം. കൂടുതൽ ഉള്ളത് ഒളിച്ചു വച്ചാൽ അവർ പിഴയീടാക്കും. ട്രഷറി അത് നോക്കുന്നില്ല.
