Yoday iam doing Kerala Soft puttu Video..Its one of the traditional Breakfast from Kerala.. Puttu can be made in variety taste.. here iam showing detailed video from Rice soaking to final Puttu..

Ingredients
Raw Rice - 2 Cups
Water - 250 Ml
Salt
Soak rice for 4 hrs, then drain water and pat dry for 20 minutes.. grind in a mixie, then sieve through rava size sieve.. Roast this in medium flame for 15 - 20 minutes.. let this to cool.. Its better to use this flour by the next day..
Sprinkle water and mix the flour very softly without lumps.. Take a Puttu Kutti, add coconut then Flour mixture.. again coconut flour mixture.. steam cook this.. Out tasty delicious Puttu ready..
Side Dish - Kadala Curry, Payar( Green gram) Curry, Banana, Mutton Curry, Chicken Curry, Fish Curry, Pappad, or Sugar..
