I got them all last week! Loving them! There are so many fun pieces. Of course they can’t compare to vintage sets. But they are constantly getting better and better. I’m really holding out hope that we will eventually see the old quality and attention to detail in new compacts some day. I don’t care if I’m 80, I’ll still be buying them! 😂

Love these 💖 I watched the first season of Polly’s series on Netflix and I enjoyed it, they kinda explain that she creates the compacts when she's in normal size, and then she uses her locker to get smaller and fit in then I haven’t watched the rest though

For the backyard butterfly set, use a tiny bit of nail polish remover to wipe off the manufacturer number from the side of the tree house. :) of course, it works with any painted on detail. I had to remove the whole face of the puppy in this set. It was printed up on his forehead, not where his face should be lol

I love the Elephant compact. A redo of the vintage Wild Zoo World polly that comes with more animals, I believe. The Wild Zoo World is the 1st compact I fell in love with when I started collecting vintage polly, I even got two (one to store as collection). Still unsure how I feel about these newer compacts, but perhaps they're supposed to be cute in their own way. While I still prefer the vintage sets (for me, the paintings in the vintage sets are prettier and had this timeless feel, while these new compacts got modern style that's very simple and sometimes kinda looks cheap. Also, the little pieces and accessories look better made in the vintage sets), I might grow to enjoy these new releases too.

Nice that Gumball has a lot of accessory pieces. Cute. BUT... the vintage 'socket' system still beats the modern 'pop and swap' system IMHO. The original system just looks much better. Mattel just cant seem to admit it... The 'polly stick' system was so bad it is considered non-canon lol.

The only complain I have is the dolls itself are still horrible even tho they have change them to hinge, still not looking good and are not adorable as the originals 😢, I really wish they change them

Hey kerchie! I have a question, by any chance, do you have any "pixel chix"? It's a vintage toy, similar to a tamogatchi (but, unlike other tamogatchis, the screen is clear and behind it is a miniature scene). One of the toy's in the line is similar to a Polly pocket compact. If you do have them, please make a video! There aren't many unfortunately, but I would be intrigued if you could make a video on them. If you don't have them, it's fine.

You NEED to check out Mani Land! I just found her and she has this thing that's like a polly pocket crossed with pixel chix and it just blew my mind i just HAD to tell you about it!
